Within ALTAC´s policy, integration of high-priority services such as Health & Safety, Quality Management and Environmental Management are considered transversally.

Health and Safety Policy

Health and Safety Policy is based on Prevention of the Labor Risks, integrated from the origin, in the different phases from all our activities.

The target of ALTAC within its policy of Safety and Prevention of Labor Risks, is to create safety culture in the company and the avoid the damages in health derived from the work:

  • Originated by industrial accidents.
  • Originated by professional diseases.
  • Originated by other pathologies.

It is the responsibility of the Managing Committee of ALTAC to define the Health and Safety Policy as well as the revision and update of the requirements established in the company and the laws and effective official norm.

As a result of  mentioned reasons above, we have developed a specific PLAN OF PREVENTION OF LABOR RISKS, applicable to all our activities.

Quality and Environmental Policy

ALTAC, as a company specialized in engineering and construction of specialized works in which the height is the main factor, has set out to develop its activities with a greater quality level, considering the protection of the environment as an integrated element in its projects and objectives.

For that reason the direction of the company, commits in the development and revision of the Quality and Environmental Policy expressed in the following points:

  • To implant the Quality and Environmental System in all operations, activities and services related to the activities of the Company.
  • To ensure that ALTAC fulfills the applicable legal requirements and any subscribed norms, maintaining updated requisites.
  • To set special Quality and Environmental objectives, reviewing its fulfillment, with the purpose of preventing the possible negative effects in the environment, based on legal requirements and the Quality and Environmental objectives, and the continuous improvement of ALTAC activities and services.
  • ALTAC bases its Environmental Management on the control of Emissions, Spills and Consumption of natural resources,
    and avoiding the materials that could be dangerous and/or polluting.
  • To promote the qualification and sensibilization of all personnel to know, to include/understand and to assure an implantation of the Quality and Environmental System in the company, ensuring our activities with environment protection and client satisfaction.
  • To promote among suppliers and subcontractors such principles of environment protection and continuous improvement.
  • The continuous improvement of management, quality and environmental behavior, by means of prevention and analysis of the last causes of arisen problems, but not limiting itself only to the detection of such.
  • The Quality and Environmental Policy is accessible to suppliers, clients, associations, institutions and the public in
    general.

The Quality and Environmental Management System of ALTAC already set in all its organization is certified under ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 14001:1996.
