We are an specialized company in design and construction of industrial chimneys (concrete and metallic), including the following performances:
The design of a chimney requires the definition of height and coating to be used taking as a basic information, among other things, the temperature, composition and volume of gases to be evacuate. Therefore it's usually necessary to do a Basic Engineering which defines these issues in addition to the foundations and external shaft. These calculations are made according to standard regulations.
On the other hand, the Detail Engineering develops the whole project and it is accompanied by the Quality Control Plan, the Health and Safety Study, and the Environmental Management Plan.
Management and execution of works
Usually these projects are undertaken as key-turn. Therefore the execution includes foundation, shaft, intermediate supports, internal lining, accessories... All these activities are done by our own staff.
